We Keep an Eye on the Underground
Vision Vinyl is an NY-based DJ duo, record shop, and multidisciplinary brand orbiting around sound, sight, and subculture.
With a genre-fluid blend of drum & bass, house, and laid-back funk, their sets feel like flipping through a crate of future classics — raw, rhythmic, and endlessly groovy.
But Vision Vinyl isn’t just about what you hear — it’s about how you see it.

Hyle Designs

The visual identity draws from bold design principles: sharp grids, stark contrast, and stripped-back layouts. At the center of it all is the eye — a recurring symbol that shows up across their flyers, merch, and record sleeves. The eye is both literal and conceptual: a nod to vision as perception, surveillance, awareness, and deep connection to the moment.
“We want you to feel like the records are watching you back.”

This eye motif serves as a kind of iconography for the project — ever-present, ever-curious — linking the music to the physical, and the personal to the universal.
With a physical record store as their base and a growing archive of self-released vinyl and merch, Vision Vinyl is building a world where sound and design collide, where the analog experience still has teeth, and where everything — from a beat drop to a logo — has something to say.
